Which European countries can you ship from to South Korea?
All of them. Can you ship from non-EU countries such as the UK, Switzerland or Norway?
Yes. Departures outside the EU customs union need an export declaration (proforma invoice) when the goods enter our German warehouse. You only list the contents — we prepare the paperwork. Expect roughly one to two extra weeks compared with an EU departure.
How does the shipment reach Korea?
We collect from your home anywhere in Europe, consolidate at our warehouse in Germany, ship to South Korea, handle the import customs clearance (including duty-free treatment for household goods where eligible) and deliver to your door in Korea.
Can I send a single box?
Yes. Moving boxes start at one box. For a full household we use FCL (dedicated 20ft or 40ft container) moving.
